Continual promotion of political system in Covid-19 prevention and control

In the morning of July 13, the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization held a nationwide online conference to review the first six months of 2021 and implement the tasks of the last six months of 2021. Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee cum Head of Central Mass Mobilization Bui Thi Minh Hoai chaired the conference. At Binh Duong connection point, attending the conference was Mr. Vo Van Minh, Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee cum Chairman of the provincial People's Committee, Mr. Nguyen Van Loc, Standing Member, Head of the provincial Mass Mobilization and Chairman of the provincial Vietnamese Fatherland Front Committee.

In the first 6 months of 2021, the political system's mass mobilization has made many positive changes; the mass mobilization system has actively advised the Party committees at all levels to effectively implement the Party's mass mobilization and keep on to innovate the content and methods of mobilizing people in the context of the Covid-19 epidemic in association with the political tasks of localities and units.

The mass mobilization has actively deployed learning, understanding, and building action programs to implement the Resolution of the Party Congress at all levels; to mobilize the people to participate in the election of deputies to the 15th National Assembly Delegation and People's Councils at all levels in 2021 – 2026 tenure; at the same time, to promote propaganda and mobilize people to unite in preventing and combating the Covid-19 pandemic in association with patriotic emulation movements.

Before the nationwide online conference, the Provincial Party Committee's Committee for Mass Mobilization held a preliminary review of the mass mobilization activities in the first 6 months of 2021 and the implementation of tasks in the last 6 months of 2021. Mr. Vo Van Minh emphasized that he whole province has been decidedly and actively carrying out the prevention and control of the Covid-19 epidemic in association with ensuring socio-economic development.

Achieving the common goal requires efforts, high determination, synchronous and effective implementation of action plans and programs of each branch, locality and unit. In which, it is necessary to continue promoting the role of the political system in Covid-19 epidemic prevention and control, specifically the role of the Vietnamese Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations to improve the efficiency of mass mobilization to focus on promoting the role of community Covid-19 safety groups and to care about supporting people in difficulty and ensuring social security.
