The work of grasping the public opinion and contradictory situation; propaganda work on the occasion of major holidays, important political events of the country and the locality has played an important role in arousing patriotism and creative labor, creating consensus throughout Party committees and people, maintain political stability, social order and safety, national defense and security. The continuation and implementation of the Directive 05-CT / TW of the Politburo is increasingly in-depth and has many advanced models and typical examples in the fields.

According to the Provincial Committee for Propaganda and Education, the implementation of the conclusion 29-KL / TW of the Secretariat 11 on continuing to implement the Politburo's Directive No. 11-CT / TW 8 on "buying and reading newspapers , Party magazine "has been interested in implementing, grassroots party organizations, agencies and units have been carried out quite regularly. The meeting also approved the draft Plan to replicate the model "Follow Uncle" in the implementation of Directive 05 of the Provincial Party Committee. Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee proposed to the executive committees to study and apply to concretize in accordance with the locality and their units the content of the main model "Near the people; close work; work hard and earnestly ”.

Speaking at the conclusion of the conference, Mr. Le Huu Phuoc proposed the Propaganda Department of localities and units in the coming time to actively advise the Party Committee to thoroughly grasp, study and implement the instructions and proposals. decisions and conclusions of the central and local authorities, interested in buying and reading Party newspapers and magazines; inspect, supervise and correct the attitude of learning instructions and resolutions of cadres and party members; Party committee advisors implement Directive No. 05, 2019, attached to the 4 th Central Resolution No. 12, paying attention to the role of the head of the Party Committee; focus on replicating the models of studying and following Uncle effectively; coordinating to organize conferences to review the Party's Resolutions, activities to celebrate 50 years of the implementation of Uncle's will and major holidays of the country.
