Cooperation agreement on developing learning models inked

On March 9, provincial Study Promotion Society signed a cooperation agreement on study and talent promotion for the period of 2023-2025 with provincial Department of Education and Training, Labor Union, Youth Union, Women's Union, Farmers' Association, Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

Accordingly, provincial Study Promotion Society together with other departments, agencies and sectors will cooperate to promote the propaganda of the Party, the State and the association’s guidance documents on developing members, learning models, especially the model of “learning citizen”. Propaganda contents are integrated in meetings, helping people understand and participate in the local study promotion movement. Through the coordination work, donors and businesses will be mobilized to contribute to the local study and talent promotion fund and support scholarships for students.

As planned, provincial Study Promotion Society will strive to reach the following targets by 2025: 70% of families, 65% of communities, zones and hamlets, 80% of units, 40% of employees recognized as the learning ones and 60% of officials and civil servants winning the title of "learning citizen".
