Coordination in inspection and protection of road traffic infrastructure

Nguyen Van Tu, Chief Inspector of provincial Department of Transport said that the unit is coordinating with provincial Police Agency’s Traffic Police Department to implement a plan to strengthen traffic order and safety and protect road traffic infrastructure in the province.

Particularly, from now until year-end, the coordination force between the province’s traffic inspectors and traffic police will strengthen patrols and strictly handle vehicles with overloaded goods, overload of bridges and roads; arbitrary change about the structure, shape, and size of vehicles... They will also check and handle vehicles that park illegally, with focus on the time frames for traffic separation... Besides, they will check and request the construction units of traffic works on the roads that are being exploited to strictly comply with regulations on ensuring traffic safety, limiting the organization of construction in peak hours.
