Through this, female workers who are preparing to take time off to give birth will be assisted by union officials and the company's medical department in preparing documents, supplies, birth service packages, first aid skills, health care for mothers and babies before and after giving birth, etc.

Mr. Nguyen Duy Phuong, Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union, said that at the company, there are many female union members and workers who are far from home and cannot afford to return hometown to give birth, so giving birth is often very difficult for young mothers. Therefore, the Trade Union cooperated with the company's medical staff to organize a program to examine, advise, teach how to take care of children and give gifts to encourage female union members before motherhood. Each gift is worth 500,000 VND, including milk and healthy necessities for pregnant women. The program applies to all female employees at the company.
