Creative economic development encouraged in Binh Duong

During five days (from April 16 to 20), in Seoul of Republic of Korea (RoK), representatives of some departments and branches of Binh Duong province and Binh Duong New City World Trade Center (belonging to Becamex IDC Corporation) met with representatives of Content Creation Culture Associations in Korea and leaders of Korean Character and Content Creation Association (KOCCA).

Through the meeting and discussion, the two sides had a better understanding of the creative economy markets in Vietnam and Korea as well as had a plan for festival "Vietnamese - Korea International Iconic Culture and Characters 2023". Besides, "Education and entertainment 2023" Festival, for the first time, will take place simultaneously with this event at WTC EXPO (Binh Duong).

A representative of Binh Duong provincial delegation informed that Binh Duong province has always been aware of innovating and transforming the approach of creativity, production, and business according to the supply chain to further improve the province's capacity in the market.  In this trend, Binh Duong province aims to develop the character and content creation industry to quickly seize opportunities and facilitate the development of this industry.

Therefore, this event is one of the activities marking the first step for the approach and development of the character and content creation industry in Vietnam in general and Binh Duong in particular. Through this series of events, Binh Duong continues to prove itself as an attractive destination and becomes the center of the Korean investment wave when maintaining investment promotion activities, economic cooperation, and organization of Korean cultural festivals in the province, making the cultural picture of Binh Duong become more vivid and colorful...
