Early November 29, Party Committees of Provincial Agency and Enterprise Blocks held a conference to launch Guide No. 22-HD/BTCTW dated November 4, 2013 of central government’s organization, Plan No. 47-KH/TW dated November 19, 2013 of Provincial Party Committee Standing Board and Plan No. 55-KH/DUK of Party Committee of Provincial Agency Block on steps of critique and self-critique of individuals and collectives under plenum Resolution No. 12 of the 4th Session of the 11th tenure Central Committee of CPV on “some urgent matters of Party building in current stage” as the major subject of evaluation, assessment, and awards to Party organizations, officers, and Party members.On the same date, Party Committee of Enterprise Block held a conference to implement Guide No. 22-HD/BTCTW and Plan No. 47 KH/TW of Provincial Party Committee on critique and self-critique in 2013 integrated into the 4th plenum Resolution of the 9th tenure Central Committee of CPV on Party building. At the conference, Standing Board of Party Committee of Enterprise Block initiated plans to implement critique and self-critique among its grassroots and members while evaluating organization quality of the Party and Party members in 2013.
