Cultural-art activities in celebration of Party and New Year to be held

To celebrate the 20^th anniversary of Binh Duong’s reestablishment (January 1, 1997-January 1, 2017), the Tet (Lunar New Year) festival 2017 and the 87^th founding anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Bau Bang district will organize a variety of significant cultural-art activities in celebration of the Party and New Year 2017. They include an art performance on the evening of December 31, 2016, a “Don ca tai tu” (southern folk opera) program, a special art performance welcoming New Year 2017’s Eve, a “banh tet” (glutinous rice cake) making contest and folk games.

The above-mentioned activities will contribute to creating a joyful atmosphere at demand for entertainment of people from all strata, thereby further encouraging them, sectors and authorities at all levels to strive to successfully realize the Resolution of the 11^th Congress of the district’s Party Committee for the 2015-2020 tenure.
