The “Return to Truong Son” cycling tournament (Vietnam People’s Army Newspaper Cup) will officially begin in Hanoi on July 15, as announced by the organizing board on July 11. The competition features 65 local racers from 12 teams nationwide and is part of the activities to mark the 65th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27).
