Daejeon wishing to promote exchanges of culture, arts and sports in Binh Duong

Starting from October 10, the working delegation of Binh Duong province led by Vo Van Minh – the provincial People’s Committee, visit Republic of Korea.

Binh Duong provincial People’s Committee Chairman Vo Van Minh extended the greeting to the newly designated major at the working and greeting session with Lee Jang Woo – major of Daejeon city, where both sides discussed the long-term friendship of Binh Duong and Daejeon city in the past 17 years.

On behalf of Binh Duong provincial leaders, Vo Van Minh highly appreciated and cherished the cooperation with Daejeon city in the past time. The Chairman of the provincial People's Committee wished to further strengthen the relationship of the two localities and officially invited them to visit and attend the program celebrating the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations of Vietnam and Korea. Vo Van Minh hoped that on the basis of the good cooperation and friendship between the two localities during the past time, Binh Duong would receive the attention and support of Daejeon city in the coming time.

Lee Jang Woo acknowledged and supported the proposals and recommendations of Binh Duong province while sharing that, based on the friendly relationship between the two localities over the past 17 years, Daejeon hoped to further promote cultural, art and sports exchanging programs with Binh Duong province, especially, with the strength in science and technology development, Daejeon city will cooperate with Binh Duong province to promote the development of science and technology, particularly high technology in the coming time. At the invitation of the Chairman of Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee, the mayor would send a high-ranking delegation of Daejeon city to visit Binh Duong at the upcoming Meet Korea.
