The participants learned about the Law on Road Traffic, the Government’s Decree No.71 on administration violation fine relating to the road traffic, measures of curbing traffic accidents and reports on traffic situation of Binh Duong province and Dau Tieng district in the past year and the first months of this year.

Through the dissemination, drivers are aware of reasons and consequences of traffic accidents, improving legal awareness on traffic safety to curb accidents.
