Dau Tieng District need to renovate and develop collectives

June 16, at Dau Tieng District People’s Committee, Tran Thanh Liem, the Deputy Chair of Provincial People’s Committee had a working session with Dau Tieng District Steering Board of Collective Economic Development (SBCED) on local development of collective economy.
 

Reporting to Deputy Chair of Provincial People’s Committee, Dau Tieng District SBCED signed to issued Decision No. 533-QD/HU regarding the improvement of the steering board of 13 members and assistant group of 4 members. Generally, 12 towns and communes in the district have up to date established their steering boards to promote collective economic development locally. Across the district, 13 collectives have been developed with total charter capital of VND 38.9 billion, offering jobs to 6,590 local workers. Collectives and cooperation groups have contributed greatly to local socio-economic development in inter-assistive development of household businesses.
 

Addressing the meeting, Tran Thanh Liem asserted that collective economy holds the significant political role, requiring Dau Tieng District authority to improve, renovate, and develop collectives. Those collectives that are operational will be facilitated while ineffective collectives should be dissolved. Besides, the local authority should seriously implement inspection and examination to support collective economic development. Tran  Thanh Liem also noted that Dau Tieng District SBCED should focus on information dissemination of collective economic development on the mass media with reviews of advanced models in and outside of the province to promote the public to establish collectives and cooperation groups for  the time to come.
