Dau Tieng is home to 102 hectares of farming land with hi-tech application

Under the Plan on agriculture and rural development for the 2017-2020 period, Dau Tieng district has focused on supplying concrete guidance in production development, improving people’s income and further developing a specialized area on planting fruit trees in association with ecotourism in Thanh Tuyen commune.

The district has also braced up localities and farmers to foster agricultural and hi-tech models. So far, the whole district has so far had a total of 102 hectares of farming land with hi-tech application.

In addition, the district has attached special importance to promoting concentrated breeding areas. The district is now home to 215 breeding facilities with hi-tech application; around 6,700 buffaloes, cows, 99,360 pigs and 2.9 million fowls; 4 farms on aquaculture and 91 farms on cultivation.
