Some significant contents are dissemination, education of national history, revolutionary struggling tradition of working class, Vietnamese labor union; international solidarity, patriotic tradition of rubber industry’s cadres. Additionally, Union branch has organized cultural, sporting events; “Civil servants festival day” event; new laws, policies discussions to improve knowledge, senses of workers.

Labor union at grassroots level has mobilized patriotic emulation movement “Worker’s Month”, namely, “Excellent latex harvester” contest and “Good labor, creative labor” emulation movement. Thereby, skillful, inventive workers are elected and honored. Besides, company’s labor union will take part in cultural performances held by provincial Labor Federation and organize training classes for cadres.

According to Mr. Kim, to enhance mental life of officials, branches will host exchange programs between governmental leaders and officials; cultural, sporting activities; simultaneously grasps worker’s thoughts to construct an harmonious working relationship at units. Also within Worker’s Month and Young Worker’s Week, grassroots-leveled unions will focus on consolidation and strengthening, taking care of new constituted branches for its stabilization and strong development.
