Dau Tieng Rubber Company strives for the goal of "Well-off workers, strong company"

On April 4, Trade Union of Dau Tieng Rubber Company held the 12th Congress, term 2023-2028.

Reports at the congress show that in the 2017-2023 tenure, trade union activities and workers' movements had many good changes, basically fulfilled targets of the 11th Congress Resolution. The Trade Union accompanied businesses to well solve jobs, wages, and policies, take good care of the material and mental lives of employees; promptly visited and encouraged workers infected with Covid-19, ensuring the effective implementation of the "dual goal" of preventing and fighting epidemics, protecting workers' health, and completing production and business tasks.  The Trade Union cooperate more and more effectively with employers, better perform their duties of representing, taking care of, and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of employees, and promptly solving problems, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in the company.

Delegates cast their vote to elect Executive Committee of the Company's Trade Union 2023-2028.

In 2023-2028 tenure, the company's Trade Union will continue to uphold the heroic tradition, build comprehensive and strong team of workers and trade union; be dynamic, creative, accompany the company to improve production and business efficiency, take good care of workers' lives for the goal of "Well-off workers, strong companies"; strive to successfully complete the set targets, namely replanting and new planting trees on 1,511 ha; exploiting 197,770 tons of rubber latex; processing 257,770 tons; consumption exceeds 1-2% of the assigned plan. In terms of salary, the average income is 9 million VND/person/month or more; develop 1,250 new members.

The Congress elected 14 officials to Executive Committee of Trade Union of Dau Tieng Rubber Company for the term 2023-2028; elect delegations to attend the superior trade union congress.
