Upholding results done in emulation work, Dau Tieng Rubber Company just launched a 5-year emulation movement to servants and laborers with emulative programs of technical, managerial improvement, creation and so on.

Besides, the company targeted to exploit and process 222,600 tons of latex, reaching 1.85ha per ha and a VND4mil income of per capita per month.

In the last 5 years, the company exploited 249,736 tons of latex, winning 105.72% of its plan and newly planted over 9,987ha. In terms of movement of thrift practice and waste combat, the company’s affiliates positively joined in with concrete activities of saving power, water, chemical, materials, bringing a profit of VND23.9bil.

With the motto of “improving weak points”, the company often holds skill contests for workers. At present, the company has produced 14 products with the standards for export, surging its prestige.
