Dau Tieng Rubber Corporation has over time taken good care of the spiritual and material lives of laborers, especially female ones.

In 2010 alone, Dau Tieng Rubber Corporation solved the policies for female laborers under the Government’s Decree No.23 with total money of VND1.67bln. The corporation’s Boards for Women’s Affairs also mobilized the corporation’s women to raise money to the fund of “Women helping each other in economic development”. This fund provided VND2.31bln in loan for 624 women. Besides, the corporation’s Boards for Women’s Affairs well realized healthcare for women.

It is known that the corporation last year had 4,604 women winning the title of “two good” women.
