Dau Tieng Rubber One-Member Co.Ltd. has launched many emulation movements among staff, greatly contributing to fulfilling its tasks in production & business while ensuring social welfare. They have also played an important role in helping the company overcome hurdles in the current period.

Over the past time, Dau Tieng Rubber One-Member Co.Ltd. promoted many emulation movements among staff. They were implemented with diversification about contents and forms in order to set achievements in celebration of the company’s great events, comprising of the 7th Trade Union Congress of Vietnam’s Rubber Industry, the 9th provincial Trade Union Congress and the 11th Congress of Vietnam’s Trade Union. The company also had timely summation for its emulation movements. Through this, many exemplary role-models were honored and replicated.

The company has recently faced a lot of difficulties in production and business. To improve the situation, the company has promoted many emulation movements among staff, including those of “Working well, working creatively”, “Good at home and workplace”, “Thrift practice, wastefulness prevention’, “New rural construction”…, in association with the implementation of the Politburo’s Directive No. 3 on promoting “Studying and following late President Ho Chi Minh’s exemplary morals”.

Nguyen Van Minh, Chairman of the company’s Trade Union said that leaders of the company and its mass organizations have made efforts to promote emulation movements with determination of fulfilling the company’s targets in production and business. Accordingly, all company staff have tried their best to complete and exceed the set targets. Many exemplary role-models have been discovered and honored from emulation movements launched by the company.

Thanks to propaganda work well implemented, emulation movements have contributed to helping the company excellently fulfill its tasks in production and business. Particularly, the company’s rubber latex exploitation last year exceeded its plan by 1,268 tons rubber latex. Company General Director also decided to award more than VND2bln in bonus to 11 rubber plantations that completed their production and business plans earlier than expected.

Patriotic emulation movements in general and emulation-rewarding movements of Dau Tieng Rubber One-Member Co.Ltd. in particular have recently brought many practical effects. This has arisen the patriotic emulation spirit of the company’s staff, helping the company overcome difficulties and excellently fulfilling its tasks in production and business.
