Dau Tieng strives to get 93% households and above recognized as “cultural households”

Dau Tieng district’s Steering Board of the “The entire people consolidate to build up a cultural lifestyle” movement has just extended a plan on realizing main tasks of the movement in 2014.

Accordingly, the district will strive to get 93% of households and above recognized as “cultural households”; 88% of hamlets and quarters and above recognized as “cultural hamlets and quarters”; 80% of lodging facilities and above with the title of “cultural lodging facilities”; 100% of agencies and enterprises meeting cultural standards; 11 communes with the title of “cultural communes” and 1 township with the title of “cultural township”. The district will also absorb more than 40% of the local people getting involved in cultural and sports activities.

It is known that the whole district last year got 89,66% of households recognized as “cultural households”; 67.42% of hamlets and quarters with the title of “cultural hamlets and quarters”; 73.47% of lodging facilities recognized as “cultural lodging facilities” and 90.22% of agencies, units and enterprises achieving cultural standards.
