The Government has issued the Decree No. 113/2014/ND-CP stipulating management of activities related to international cooperation in law between Vietnamese agencies and organizations and foreign and international partners.

Accordingly, these activities must be in accordance with Viet Nam’s Constitution and laws, the international conventions to which Viet Nam is a signatory and guarantee the national independence, sovereignty, unity, territorial integrity, security and social order and safety.

The Decree stipulates international law-building cooperation must be conducted through dispatching professionals, supporting information and documents, organizing conferences and seminars on law establishment using the official development assistance, preferential loans, and aid./.
