Delegation of the Ministry of Home Affairs of Cambodia visit the one-stop-shop in Di An Town

In the morning of March 5, the delegation of the Ministry of Home Affairs of Cambodia visited a one-door, one-stop-shop model in Di An town with the desire to learn experience in the organization of one-stop-shop model and excavation work, create officials and work of commendation and reward for civil servants who have well fulfilled their tasks as well as forms of handling against violating individuals, the decentralization of administrative procedures according to their competence.

Sharing with the delegation and leaders of Di An town, in order to operate the one-door, one-stop shop, Di An town has publicly democratic administrative procedures; pay attention to fostering professional skills and professional ethics for cadres and civil servants from the town to wards; Investing in information technology application in handling administrative records, ensuring close coordination between departments and specialized agencies. Currently, Di An town is applying 218 administrative procedures above.44 areas. The number of applications received annually is over 100,000, of which over 40,000 are under the jurisdiction of the Town People's Committee.

Immediately after the meeting, the delegation visited the one stop shop model of Di An Town People's Committee on the reception of dossiers and placement of reception counters for citizens and places of administrative procedures.
