In the morning of May 15, the Task Force No. 2 of the Cultural and Social Board and Task Force No. 3 of the Legal Department under the supervision team of the Provincial People's Council carried out the monitoring of the implementation of the administrative reform plan in the 2016-2020 at the Provincial Administrative Center. Participating in the monitoring team was Mr. Pham Trong Nhan, Deputy Head of the provincial delegation.

At the meeting, the members of the monitoring team gave specific comments to the Provincial Administrative Center, such as: Agencies need to review documents on administrative reform criteria and E-government from central to provincial level to build a good foundation system; re-evaluate information technology applications, management software because this is the foundation for reforming administrative procedures, reducing the use of printed documents, limiting harassment to help people interact through the application. In addition, agencies need to build intercom and shared data software of the Provincial Administrative Center, build a green, clean, beautiful and friendly working environment. Representatives of the authorities also proposed some recommendations to remove difficulties to better implement the implementation of the administrative reform plan in the 2016-2020 period at the Provincial Administrative Center.

The recommendations of the authorities were received by the supervision team, recorded to report to the Provincial Standing People's Council.
