Departments, sectors and localities need to have good coordination in solving obstacles

On the afternoon of March 24, Nguyen Loc Ha, member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice-Chairman of provincial People's Committee, chaired a meeting in the first quarter of 2023 with localities, departments, sectors of the cultural and social bloc.

An overview of the meeting

In the first quarter of 2023, departments, sectors and localities in the province well implemented targets set by provincial People's Committee in the field of culture and society. According to the plan, in 2023, the socio-cultural sector will advise and submit 26 legal documents, including 18 resolutions of provincial People's Council and 8 decisions of provincial People's Committee.

At the meeting, representatives of departments, sectors and localities proposed provincial People's Committee to soon remove difficulties in the exemption and reduction of land use fees for families of revolutionary contributors, expenditure for building houses of gratitude, renovating martyrs’ceremonies; the issue of information technology human resources in digital transformation; bidding and procurement of the health sector; procurement of educational facilities…

Concluding the meeting, Mr. Ha requested departments, sectors and localities to review all issues under their management until the end of the term in order to have a thorough and effective solution. They need to have reports on difficulties to provincial People's Committee for timely settlement; have to separate each issue, even organize a separate meeting to discuss each issue in depth. He also suggested departments, sectors and localities to have good coordination for each issue before submitting it to provincial People's Committee.
