As noted, departments and sectors in the province have well implemented entrusted tasks in accordance with the Express Dispatch No. 895/VP UBND-HCC on implementing administrative procedures via online form, contributing to well realizing the Prime Minister and provincial People’s Committee’s directives on urgent measures against the pandemic. Specifically, at the counter of provincial Department of Construction, there is a notice about receiving administrative procedures online and via public postal services. At other counters of departments and sectors, there are also similar announcements about changing the form of receiving dossiers from face-to-face to online and public postal services. Many people who come to do administrative procedures are not too surprised by these announcements because they always accompany the province in carrying out urgent solutions against Covid-19 pandemic. Nguyen Minh Chau, living in Thu Dau Mot city’s Phu My ward shared: “In the face of the complicated development of Covid-19 pandemic, causing serious impacts on public health and production-business activities, the use of public services at levels 3 and 4 allows people and organizations still carry out records and procedures when staying at home. This will contribute to the fight against the pandemic. However, provincial People's Committee needs to direct departments and sectors to synchronize dossiers on internet, creating conditions for people and organizations to do them easily.
Good ways
Districts, towns and cities in the province have also issued express documents on changing the form of receiving documents at their "one-stop” shops for Covid-19 prevention and control. Particularly, Thuan An city’s People's Committee have processed administrative procedures via online forms, including making guidance, consultation via phone, Zalo, email...; receiving dossiers and returning results via provincial public service website at: https://dichvucong. binhduong.gov.vn. The method of implementation is as follows: Organizations and individuals learn about administrative procedures, download application forms and declarations by accessing the address https://dichvucong.binhduong.gov. vn with the unit of Thuan An city’s People's Committee, select procedures to learn; prepare documents in accordance with regulations; submit applications online via the public service website (for levels 3, 4), via the online public service application on mobile devices ("Thuan An online application") at home and through public postal services.
The Public Administration Service Centers of Thu Dau Mot city and its wards have also had notices on changing the form of receiving dossiers in the direction of limiting crowds and protecting the health of the community. Wards of Phu Tho, Phu My, Phu Loi... have had good practices at the "one-stop shop" department, which is highly appreciated by people. Particularly, people are guided to implement administrative procedures via Zalo, phone numbers of the "one-stop" department so that they can easily contact when needing to find out information and carry out necessary administrative procedures...
