Early June 11, provincial Military Comman’s Party Committee organized provincial armed forces’“Determination to win” emulation congress for the period of 2019-2024.

The event was attended by Nguyen Hoang Thao, Permanent Vice- Secretary of provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Van Loc, Member of provincial Party Standing Committee and Chairman of provincial People's Council; members of provincial Party Standing Committee; leaders of provincial Fatherland Front Committee and heroes of the people's armed forces.

Over the past five years (2019-2024), the “Determination to win” emulation movement within the province’s armed forces was continuously innovated in content, form and methods, aligning with reality. Provincial armed forces launched various emulation movements, namely "Excellent Training, Strict Discipline, High Readiness for Combat", "Overcoming Sun and Rain, Enthusiastic Training", "Good teaching, good learning” and "Three Realities". Training was linked with discipline reinforcement, combat bravery, tactical training and combat coordination exercises to handle situations, gradually perfecting the operational plans of the forces.

In the coming time, the “Determination to win” emulation movement of provincial armed forces will continue thoroughly grasping President Ho Chi Minh's ideology on patriotic emulation; the Party's guidelines and views, and the State's policies and laws on emulation and commendation work. Provincial armed forces will focus its emulation efforts on fulfilling political tasks and breakthrough steps outlined in the Resolution of the provincial Military Party Congress for the 2020-2025 tenure.

Addressing the congress, Mr. Thao emphasized that provincial Military Command’s Party Committee should direct emulation efforts towards key and breakthrough tasks, using emulation results as a criterion for assessing the completion of tasks by units and individuals. Provincial armed forces should have practical and specific goals linked to the unit's political tasks.

On this occasion, Chairman of provincial People's Committee rewarded 20 collectives and 42 individuals. Provincial Military Command also honored 20 collectives and 51 outstanding individuals in the provincial armed forces’“determination to win” emulation movement for the period of 2019-2024.
