Di An City gives health insurance cards to needy people

On October 30, Red Cross Association of Dong Hoa ward collaborated with Red Cross Association of Di An City and Tran Thi Cuc, owner of Kim Quang 1 gold shop, to hold a program to award health insurance cards and gifts for disadvantaged people in Dong Hoa ward.

With the support of Cuc, the program awarded 20 health insurance cards and 20 gifts to people in need of support, with a total cost of 24 million VND (each person received 1 health insurance card and a gift worth 1.2 million VND). The program has contributed to sharing and encouraging difficult situations, people suffering incurable and serious diseases in the locality to alleviate some of their difficulties, and reduce costs of their treatment process.
