Di An City pays attention to urban order and urban aesthetics guarantee

According to People's Committee of Di An City, the city is implementing Program No. 21-CTr/TU of the Di An City Party Committee on developing high-quality service industries, meeting the requirements of industrial and urban development towards civilized and modern direction for the period 2021-2025 and vision to 2045. Di An City has invested in urban infrastructure, planning and orienting the development of urban areas and apartment complexes combined with trade and services.

Currently, Di An City is appraising and approving the adjustment of the overall detailed planning of 1/500 resettlement area of Ho Chi Minh City National University; shortened detailed planning project at 1/500 scale of Tan Binh apartment building and Bcons 2 commercial - service - office - apartment zone. In August 2023, 95 construction cases were inspected and post-inspected, sanctioned 18 violations with a sum of 481.5 million VND, and encouraged to self-dismantle 5 cases. Local wards continue to regularly patrol to preserve urban order on roads in the city, guarantee urban beauty.
