Di An city’s Women’s Union disburses capital on livelihood support for female scrap collectors

In order to help women with difficult circumstances increase their income and stabilize their lives, Di An city’s Women's Union has just disbursed loans for two scrap collecting families of Nguyen Thi Tam and Doan Thi Hoa in Di An ward’s Binh Minh 2 quarter. Each family was supported by the city’s Women's Union to borrow VND 10 million within 12 months with the preferential interest rate of 0.2%.
It is known that this is the fund source from the project of "Mobilizing social resources in waste reduction" managed by provincial Women's Union.
