Di An Green Square construction inaugurated

Morning of April 16, Vietnam-Japan Real Estates JSC broke ground for construction of a commercial center at the estimated cost of over VND 500 billion, covering 23,450 m2. The center named Green Square offers 10,000m2 for Big C while the remaining areas are for other integrated auxilary services.The said-to-be green technology construction helps to save up 30% of power by 3D walls, sound and heat proof roofs, energy-saving bulbs, intelligent cooling system, and especially solar cells powering lights of parking lots. Green Square is expected to open by Q2-2013 to service customers in Binh Duong Province and neighbor localities while creating jobs to about 500 local workers.Reported by Trong Minh – Translated by Vi Bao
