Morning of April 16, Vietnam-Japan Real Estates JSC broke ground for construction of a commercial center at the estimated cost of over VND 500 billion, covering 23,450 m2. The center named Green Square offers 10,000m2 for Big C while the remaining areas are for other integrated auxilary services.The said-to-be green technology construction helps to save up 30% of power by 3D walls, sound and heat proof roofs, energy-saving bulbs, intelligent cooling system, and especially solar cells powering lights of parking lots.
