The movement of "All people unite to build cultural life" in Di An city is continuing being deployed widely. This movement has been responded by localities in the city with many new and creative models, thereby positively affecting people's lives, contributing to building up a cultural and civilized lifestyle, promoting the local socio-economic development.

From good models

Over the past time, Di An city’slocalities, departments and mass organizations focused on propagandizing and launching the movement of "All people unite to build cultural life" in association with other campaigns and emulation movements to create synergy, increasingly improving the quality of the movement. Every year, the city’s Steering Committee of the movement and wards in the city pay attention to raising cultural titles in a substantive and effective way.

From good models, ways plus the efforts by the government and people, roads in Di An city get cleaned, more beautiful and spacious

In the localities, with the participation of the Party committees and authorities, the launched movements have come into life and been responded by the people, positively contributing to the local development. The movement to build "Good people, good deeds, advanced examples" is regularly launched, contributing to successfully implementing localities and units’ political tasks. The city’s Fatherland Front Committees and socio-political organizations at all levels have propagandized and mobilized people in residential areas to contribute efforts and money to building infrastructure such as concreting roads, participating in making urban rejuvenation, dredging sewers... to make the landscape and environment of residential areas more and more beautiful, cleaner and cleaner.

In the implementation of the movement of "All people unite to build cultural life" in association with the project "Mass mobilization work to participate in building a cultural and civilized lifestyle", localities and units in the city have launched and replicated many good models, namely "Joint group of fire prevention and fighting safety and public fire fighting point" in Di An ward, "Club cleaning roads in the ward" in Binh Thang ward, "Energy light alley", "Protecting the bright - green - clean and beautiful environment" and "Mutual love and affection" in An Binh ward...

Duong Que Tram, Vice-Chairwoman of An Binh ward’s Fatherland Front Committee said that the ward’s Fatherland Front Standing Committee coordinated with member organizations, departments and mass organizations to closely associate with the Executive Boards of quarters, the Boards of Fatherland Front, the self-governing People's Group to regularly propagandize and mobilize people to implement the 5 contents of the campaign "All people unite to build a civilized city". Under the campaign, in 2022, the ward’s Fatherland Front Committee implemented a number of effective models, including the model "Energy light alley". With the coordination of the Executive Board, the Board of Fatherland Front and people of Groups 21 and 31, Binh Duong 1 quarter built 29 solar light poles, with a total cost of VND 39.6 million on 2 roads of the groups 21 and 31.

For the movement to get better development

Over the past time, many movements and campaigns to affirm social significance with deeply humanity appeared in Di An City, making great contributions to successfully realizing the local socio-economic goals. Especially, through the implementation of the movement “All people unite to build cultural life", many bright examples have appeared in the city, spreading and encouraging people to participate in emulation movements, contributing to preventing and repelling many negative phenomena in the society.

Pham Van Bay, Vice-Chairman of Di An city’s People's Committee said that the implementation of the “All people unite to build cultural life" movement in the city has become more and more qualitative and comprehensive and is shown vividly, richly and truthfully in many fields of social life. From agencies, units, schools, hospitals, neighborhoods, businesses to lodging facilities, households..., in every field, we can see the quality and effectiveness of leadership, direction and implementation of the movement. The results achieved by the movement over the past time has showed the participation of the whole political system quite clearly. Through the implementation of the movement, many typical collectives and individuals, new and good models have appeared....All have created synergy, helping the locality overcome all difficulties and get more and more thriving.

In addition to the achieved results, according to the city’s Steering Committee of the movement, the implementation of the movement has still had certain shortcomings. In order to overcome these shortcomings, besides further promoting the leadership of all-level Party Committees and authorities in implementing the movement, the city’s Steering Committee of the movement will further promote propaganda in various forms, raising awareness and transforming actions among people from all strata. The Steering Committee will continue effectively integrating the “All people unite to build cultural life" movement into other movements, namely “Acceleration of learning and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle”, “Building a civilized, cultural lifestyle”, “Day for the poor”, “All people protect national security”, universal education, domestic violence prevention, gender equality strategy... to create synergy, improving the quality of the movement.

In 2022, Di An city has 49,890 out of 50,569 households registering to achieve the title of cultural family (or 98.66% of total). The movement to build cultural quarters, lodging facilities and civilized urban wards has also reached many changes with positive results. The percentage of cultural quarters, lodging facilities, agencies and schools in Di An city last year reached 95.12%, 98.8%, 93.48% of total; there were 4 wards awarded the certificates of merit by the city’s People's Committee for meeting civilized urban standards.
