Disadvantaged women supported with loans

The Women's Unions of Hung Hoa and Long Nguyen communes in Bau Bang district has just coordinated with district-based Social Policy Bank branch to continue disbursing loans for 89 households from funds for clean water, environmental sanitation, job creation with  VND3.9 billion. Before receiving the loans, the local households were informed about interest rates, savings methods, capital repayment time as well as how to use loans properly and effectively.

Recently, the Women's Union of Thanh Hoi commune in Tan Uyen city has also cooperated with city-based Bank for Social Policies to disburse loans for 35 households with more than VND1.8 billion from various sources for job creation … (photo).
