Dong Nam Co.Ltd. takes good care of workers

Dong Nam Co.Ltd. now has a total of nearly 1,200 workers. Over the past time, the Trade Union of the company made efforts in protecting workers’ legitimate rights and interests. So far, there have been 100% of the company’s workers with labor deals.

The Trade Union has also regularly visited and supported workers when facing illness. Over the past two years, the Fund of the company’s Trade Union provided 400 workers with more than VND1.2billion in loan, helping them surmount difficulties and rising up in life.
