To 15 localities implementing the restriction order in Thuan An city, Di An city and Tan Uyen town, in addition to strictly complying with Directive 16 of the Prime Minister, the province tighten its coronavirus restrictions requiring people to stay where they are, isolating homes from homes, streets from streets and wards from wards, and must ensure satisfying medical, food needs, essential services and social order and safety of residents in the above wards.

The province determines, in the next 15 days, to concentrate all its resources, give the highest priority to the Covid-19 prevention and control. Localities must continue to strictly implement, tighten the 24/7 social distance, not be subjective, neglect, and loose vigilance, leading to the spread of the disease again. Municipal governments need to quickly carry out mass rapid testing for early detection, quick isolation, timely classification and effective treatment of people infected with coronavirus according to regulations of the Ministry of Health.

Departments of Health, People's Committees of districts, towns and cities and relevant agencies actively prepare adequate material facilities to collect samples and treat Covid-19 patients, especially medical oxygen, medicine, equipment, medical supplies and personnel.

To continue to review and promptly provide support to assure enough food and essential services for the people, especially the poor, the elderly, women and children, the disadvantaged and vulnerable groups in restricted areas; mobilize all social resources, uphold the spirit of solidarity, mutual affection, charity activities, ensure there are no lacks of food or clothing.

Localities also need to speed up the payment progress of financial support to groups according to the Government's Resolution 68/NQ-CP before August 28.
