Effectively upholding model of "Volunteer workers ‘self-management squad” in enterprise

After 3 years of establishment, the "Volunteer workers ‘self-management squad of Polytex Far Eastern Vietnam Co., Ltd in Bau Bang Industrial Park in Bau Bang district’s Lai Uyen town has well upheld its effectiveness in terms of protecting security and order in the enterprise.

It is known all 30 members of the squad have been evenly distributed in all departments of the company, with the task of coordinating with functional forces to carry out patrols to firmly grasp the local security-order situation, practice plans against natural disasters, fire, chemical leakage...; proactively propagandized and mobilized the local workers and people to implement the Party and the State’s guidelines, policies and laws, not letting bad elements instigate and incite to get involved in destruction of enterprises ‘assets…

Since its establishment, the "Volunteer workers ‘self-management squad”  of the company has had effective activities with outstanding achievements, contributing to ensuring security and order. Members of the squad promptly grasped the thoughts and aspirations of workers and then proposed solutions to the company’s directorate in order to prevent the situation of strikes, theft and fighting. For complicated cases, they were proactive to coordinate with the local police force to promptly handle them. They also opportunely reported 4 cases of conflicts arising in the company and 2 cases of workers destroying the company’s assets to the local police force...

In addition, the squad also cooperated with the local police force to regularly open training classes for employees to understand traffic laws, tricks of fraud and property theft in the locality; coordinated with the industrial park’s anti-fire police force to open 3 fire drills in the company to improve the response ability in fire prevention-fighting and rescue in the company.
