On October 26, at Ben Cat City Party Committee, Provincial Party Commission of Popularization and Education held a preliminary conference summarizing good models and effective practices of the propagation and education branch in the 2020-2023 period. In the spirit of the 13th Party Resolution: “Continue to strongly innovate the content and methods of ideological propagation and education in a proactive, practical, timely and effective direction; enhance combat, education, and persuasion in propagation...", with the role of "leading the way, implementing together, and concluding later", the propagation and education branch of Binh Duong province is constantly innovating, improving quality, and attained important results, contributing to the province's overall achievements in the first half of the term implementing Party congress resolutions at all levels.

Thereby, many good models and effective practices of propagation and education from the province to the grassroots appeared, contributing to improving the quality and effectiveness of popularization activities in the province; the role and position of propagation and education branch is strengthened.

Namely, Provincial Party Propagation and Education Committee implemented many effective ways in many fields, such as to organize research, study, dissemination conferences through expanding direct and online learning forms; integrate contents to provide learning materials on QR codes; organize a contest for good propagation officers, contributing to improving speaking and writing skills for officers at all levels; coordinate to establish communications subcommittees at all levels to proactively disseminate information during the complicated developments period of the Covid-19 in the province; create clips and documentary films to introduce and promote Binh Duong to serve external information work; carry out online public opinion surveys; provide advice on the establishment and launch of the Study and Talent Promotion Fund in the province...

Improve popularization effectiveness

Truong Thi Bich Hanh said that in recent times, the work of discovering, building and replicating effective models in propagation and education work has received attention and direction from the Party Committee, with many innovations and creativity. The quality and effectiveness of political and ideological propagation and education for officials, party members and the masses throughout the province are increasingly improved, contributing to the successful implementation of targets and resolutions of Party congresses at all levels in 2020-2025 tenure.

The building and implementation of good propagation and education models, effective methods, diverse in form and content in accordance with the characteristics and situations of localities and units has helped improve the effectiveness of popularization work, raise the awareness and responsibility of each party member, official, and people of all walks of life.

For example, Ben Cat City Party Committee set up many practices of propagation and education branch, such as "Stay close to the people to help the people", "Building, organizing and implementing to improve the effectiveness of oral propagation work in the town", “Raising a piggy bank ensures social security”, “Giving is forever”…

Bui Minh Thanh said that the Town Party Committee regularly evaluates effective models, and replicates these models in a manner appropriate to actual conditions in localities, agencies and units. Thu Dau Mot City Party Committee edited and published a monthly activity newsletter; Up to now, 8 editions have been published, its content includes concise updates of documents at all levels that are closely related to the grassroots, and gives orientation that need to be focused on to develop resolutions. Thereby, many practical contents and orientations in activities of all levels have been conveyed to the grassroots, contributing to improving the quality of Party cell’s activities.

Or at Binh Duong Newspaper, in recent times there has been continuous innovation and creativity in propagation, with many new forms and programs suitable to local situation, meeting task requirements and each specific audience group in the society. Speaking at the conference, Hanh said that in the coming time, localities and units need to continue to maintain the implementation of good models and effective practices that have been deployed in recent times; review, select names, and build criteria for each model in each specific field to further improve the quality of good models and effective methods.

Besides, localities and units need to closely follow requirements, tasks, and practical situation of popularization work in the new situation, proactively build up new models and methods to continuously innovate and improve the quality and effectiveness of this work. Proactively advise the Party Committee to direct the development of some general models for the whole province and specific models suitable to the characteristics of each industry and locality. Strengthen the organization of learning and exchange of experience between localities and units inside and outside the province that have good propagation and education models and effective methods.
