Le Minh Tung, mechanical engineer of Minh Long I Co.Ltd. is considered as a person specializing in turning ideas into true. The company’s machines are mostly imported from the EU that have expensive prices and have some improper facilities. Therefore, to make machines imported from the EU become facilities suitable to the company’s production conditions, Tung has researched and repaired all facilities.

In this company, Trinh has many good initiatives. “Improvement initiatives are not big deeds. At present, the company’s machines are very old and often broken out, so technical employees like me must seek out measures to repair”, Trinh shared.

One of his initiatives highly valued by the company directorate is replacement of ball-bearing to increase machines’ working life. This innovation has helped save time of machine maintenance and about VND100mil per year for the company. With the result, Trinh was honored as an advanced example.
