Elderly people under free medical check-up

Early Sept.23, Hiep Thanh ward’s Association of the Elderly cooperated with doctors from HCM city to provide free medical check-ups and medicine for elderly, disable and poor people.

The delegation provided free medical check-ups and medicine for nearly 400 people with a total expense of VND70mln. This is part of the local practical activities to promote socialization in providing healthcare for poor, elderly and disable people on the occasion of the International Day for the Elderly (Oct.1).
