Electronic health record and V20 medical facility piloted in Di An city

 Provincial Department of Health has assigned Di An City Medical Center to direct its medical stations and units in the city to coordinate with Viettel Group and Viettel Binh Duong to pilot electronic health records and V20 grassroots medical facilities. The goal is to ensure that 80% of population have electronic health records after the pilot and continue to enrich population data during the official implementation.

Di An City Medical Center coordinated with Viettel Binh Duong to provide training for medical stations to effectively exploit the system, clean and update population data, and connect medical examination and treatment management data at medical centers and at medical stations to Viettel's electronic health record system. The pilot process and the official implementation must ensure that data is interconnected, complete and accurate between medical examination and treatment management software and Viettel's electronic health record system.

In particular, Di An City Medical Center and medical stations are responsible for standardizing population data; proactively update population health data, enrich health data for prevention, treatment and management of the entire population's health; collect medical records of the elderly, children, students, medical records of periodical medical examinations at agencies, units, enterprises, industrial parks, medical records of non-communicable diseases and other sources; use data from the collected medical record source, input data into the function system "Examination and creation of records"; check and update population data, process data at unidentified population warehouses, bring groups to the right locations according to reality...
