Emulation campaigns are implemented effectively, widely and in accordance with the reality of people's lives

On August 5, Provincial Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front held the 6th midterm conference to review the implementation of the 9th Provincial Fatherland Front Resolution 2019-2024; preliminary review front works over the first 6 months of 2022.

Attending the conference were Nguyen Van Loc, Member of Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of Provincial Party Mass Mobilization Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front; Nguyen Truong Nhat Phuong, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Van Danh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

During the past half tenure, Provincial Fatherland Fronts at all levels did a good job of consulting, unifying and assigning member organizations to carry out patriotic emulation campaigns and movements launched by member organizations to avoid overlaps, inflexibility, and low efficiency. The campaigns, such as "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas", "Vietnamese people give priority to using Vietnamese goods"... were carried out in harmony with people’s lives. In particular, Provincial Fatherland Front Committees at all levels and its member organizations showed the highest sense of responsibility, seized opportunities, proactively, decisively and creatively mobilized the entire people to participate in the Covid-19 prevention and control...

The conference conducted consultations with Pham Dac Hien, Chairman of the Provincial Literature and Arts Association; appointed Vo Dong Dien, former Chairman of the Provincial Literature and Arts Association, as a member of the 9th Provincial Fatherland Front Committee.

Speaking at the conference, Nguyen Van Loc suggested that in the remaining half of this tenure and the last months of 2022, the Fatherland Front and member organizations should concretize targets and accelerate solutions for the implementation of resolutions; do well the propagation work to ensure the goal of all people sending their children to school together; continue to do well in social security and military enlistment. He also emphasized that it is necessary to intensify propagation and improve the quality of the supervision and criticism of the Fatherland Front at all levels in the province; renovate operation methods…

On this occasion, the Provincial People's Committee awarded certificates of merit to 11 collectives and 20 individuals making excellent performance in implementing the 9th Provincial Fatherland Front Resolution 2019-2024.
