Emulation in digital transformation

In order to accelerate the progress of digital transformation, provincial Department of Health has set up a plan to launch the emulation movement of "Digital transformation of the health sector in the period of 2023-2025". The emulation content focuses on 9 basic goals, including accelerating the digitization of documents, connecting provincial and national data to improve the quantity and quality of online public services at level 4 on access media.

The evaluation criteria are divided into 3 subjects by the department, including functional divisions, units under the department, health divisions of districts, towns and cities and individuals for implementation. On that basis, the evaluation criteria are also different. For example, functional divisions and units under the department must achieve the rate of dossiers processed by online public services of 50% or more. And at least 90% of people and businesses are satisfied. The movement will give priority to rewarding small collectives and individuals who are direct workers and do not hold management positions in agencies, units, localities and enterprises.
