Executive Board of Provincial Association of Veterans just summed up its awarding winners of emulation program in 2013 before orienting to 2014 activities.Mr. Phan Thanh Son, Chair of Provincial Association of Veterans chaired the meeting. In 2013, the association members have unified and made great efforts in building and completing local major political tasks while promoting learning and following Ho Chi Minh moral examples in integration with emulation programs.Through evaluation, in 2013, 131 out of 133 grassroots have been entitled strong and sustainable organization.As a result, the association was awarded Second Rank Labor Decoration by the State’s President.Reported by Tien Duong – Translated by Vi Bao
