In the 2016- 2020 period, Binh Duong will continue to implement seriously, drastically, effectively administrative reform programs; OSS project at provincial, district, inter-communal level; encourage and expand innovative administrative reform practices in order to continuously improve the effectiveness of state management in all fields.

In particular, according to the plan, in the 2016-2020, Binh Duong will accelerate the application of information technology in Party organizations, units; increase the use of electronic documents and digital signatures in directing and administrating, strive for e-government and a leading locality in IT application.
