Enthusiasm of a young female cadre

Over the past years, with her responsibility, Nguyen Ngoc Diem (photo), chairwoman of Ben Suc Rubber Plantation, Dau Tieng district always counsels useful advices and raises many good ideas for the plantation directorate to take care of cadres, employees and laborers’ material and spiritual life.

Diem is always close to laborers to grasp their aspiration for creating trust for laborers to indulge in jobs.

“Promoting the principle of “Drinking water, remember its source”, as a young trade union cadre, I always respect and preserve our ancestors’ tradition and achievement in an attempt to promote Vietnamese working class’ good traditional values”, Diem added.

Talking to us, Diem expresses his proud to rubber industry’s glorious tradition on the sparkling history of “red Phu Rieng” of yore.

“We will continue ancestors’ glorious tradition and promote the done achievements. As a chairwoman of the grassroot trade union of the plantation, I am aware my role and responsibility to contribute for excelling political tasks of the plantation”, she said.
