Binh Duong is one of the localities that thrived in the process of implementing the cause of innovation, industrialization and modernization. Along with that, the business community and entrepreneurs of the province have grown continuously, making positive contributions to the local socio-economic development. In fact, over the past time, Binh Duong's businesses have stood firm against the COVID-19 pandemic and the profound impacts of the wave of globalization and the 4th industrial revolution.

Nguyen Duc Thuan - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Thai Binh Investment Joint Stock Company, affirmed that thanks to the right and successful support guidelines and policies of the government and localities, after more than two years of being negatively affected by the pandemic. During the COVID-19 pandemic, many businesses have adapted and revived by seizing new opportunities for development. Since then, the capacity of entrepreneurs who are business owners has improved markedly.

With a community full of aspirations to rise up, I believe that the province's businesses will definitely overcome difficulties and continue to build a developed and prosperous Binh Duong," Thuan said with great belief.

"The marketplace is like a battlefield", and entrepreneurs are increasingly aware of their mission to actively contribute to the local economy and society in any circumstances. As the leading enterprise of the wood industry, Huynh Quang Thanh - General Director of Hiep Long Co. Ltd., said that taking on himself the mission of pioneers means "daring to think, and daring to do" to know how to transform danger into opportunity after taking on many challenges. “The prerequisite is to improve core competencies to produce quality goods and services. Yeh Ming Yuh - General Director of Polytex Far Eastern Vietnam Company in Bau Bang Industrial Park, said that Binh Duong has a pretty good planning vision and infrastructure continuously being built and getting better and better. Provincial leaders always have the orientation to connect the regions to facilitate the circulation of import and export goods of enterprises. “As an investor, we highly appreciate the efforts and determination of Binh Duong province. And that is also the reason why we have decided to expand and double the scale of production in Bau Bang Industrial Park. We also clearly see the responsibility of enterprises for taking care of workers' lives and implementing the province's sustainable development orientations."

Yeh Ming Yuh added that the company is currently coordinating with departments to quickly settle land procedures on the lease to build dormitories for workers. At the same time, the company also proposed industries to facilitate guidance on procedures for making investment documents for solar power with a capacity of 10MW to partly meet production requirements, and to ensure the use of renewable energy sources, to develop according to green and sustainable direction as the goal set by the province.

According to Mai Huu Tin - Chairman of Binh Duong Business Federation, in the new period, businesses need to make greater efforts in improving their knowledge of laws related to the industry, and taking advantage of free trade agreements that Vietnam has signed to promote growth. In order to realize the aspiration, Chairman of the Vietnamese Federation of Trade and Industry Pham Tan Cong said that Binh Duong business community and businesses need to actively cultivate more business law knowledge, improve qualifications and experience in management and professionalism to become more flexible and creative in competition and integration to gradually build a culture of integrity and ethics in businesses as well as creating more close development links between businesses.

In addition to the efforts of the business community, the authorities at all levels need to continue to develop and improve the system of legal policies, to create a business investment environment in the direction of protecting and encouraging businesses and entrepreneurs to do genuine business.
