"70 years of Dien Bien Phu Victory - Echoing the epic forever" is the theme of the 21st photo exhibition and the 20th photo book of photographer Nguyen A (residing in Lai Thieu Ward, Thuan Ancity), associated with the celebration of the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory. The event was held on July 28 at the Youth Cultural House (Ho Chi Minh City).

During 11 days in Dien Bien, photographer Nguyen A was not only on duty at the celebration but also worked at many historical locations, such as Do Cat Tunnel, Hill A1 Historical Site, Dien Bien Martyrs Cemetery, General Vo Nguyen Giap Memorial Area, Dien Bien Phu Historical Victory Museum...
Through nearly 300 artistic news photos, photo books and exhibitions, portraits of the few remaining living witnesses of the Dien Bien Phu Campaign, veterans who contributed their youth to the glorious victory were displayed.

The exhibition will continue to be held at the Vietnamese Women's Museum (Hanoi) on August 7 and at the Dien Bien Phu Historical Victory Museum (Dien Bien) on September 2 on the occasion of the 79th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2024) and National Day (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2024).
