Exhibition marking 71st anniversary of August Revolution, National Day absorbs over 2,000 visitors
A photo exhibition marking the 71st anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day (September 2) took place at provincial Center for Culture and Movie from August 15 to September 4.
With 83 pictures of the August Revolution, President Ho Chi Minh reading the Declaration of Independence to establish the Democratic Republic of Vietnam; national construction after liberation day (April 30, 1975); Vietnam’s economic achievements from international integration…, the exhibition drew more than 2,000 visitors.
The event also contributed to helping locals know more about the value of the August Revolution, thereby being sufficiently aware of their responsibility in applying and upholding previous lessons of the August Revolution, the work of national construction and defence during the 71 past years in the cause of intensifying national industrialization, modernization and international integration today.
