Exhibition on photos and artifacts of former State President Nguyen Minh Triet for 2006–2011

Early March 21, provincial Youth Union Standing Committee organized a journey titled “Binh Duong and Binh Phuoc Youth Proud of Their Traditions – Steadfastly Entering the New Era” at Binh Duong provincial Museum. The program was attended by Nguyen Minh Triet, former Politburo Member and former State President; Nguyen Van Loi, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of provincial Party Committee and Head of provincial National Assembly Deputy Delegation; Nguyen Van Loc, Member of provincial Party Standing Committee and Chairman of provincial People's Council; Nguyen Pham Duy Trang, Secretary of the Central Youth Union and Chairwoman of the Central Young Pioneers Council; along with leaders of provincial People's Committee, Party-building Commissions, departments, sectors and agencies; leaders of localities and former Youth Union officials over periods.

Delegates visit an exhibition “Photos and Artifacts of former State President Nguyen Minh Triet for the 2006–2011 period

During the program, delegates visited the history of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union in Binh Duong and Binh Phuoc over periods. They also toured a thematic exhibition on “Photos and Artifacts of former State President Nguyen Minh Triet for the 2006–2011 period”. The exhibition showcases valuable memorabilia and over 3,000 photographs taken during his tenure as State President from 2006 to 2011. These artifacts mark significant and vivid milestones in the working life of former State President Nguyen Minh Triet, contributing to affirming Vietnam's position in the region and the world.

Former State President Nguyen Minh Triet also shared insights with the younger generation about the 94-year journey of development of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union. He reminded today’s youth to follow in the footsteps of traditions, taking on the responsibility of building and protecting the country. The young generation must love the country with faith, ethics and affection for their homeland and must train themselves, study diligently and work creatively for the development of the nation. On this occasion, former State President Nguyen Minh Triet presented gifts to 14 outstanding “Uncle Ho’s Good Children” representatives.
