Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision allowing South Tan Uyen Industrial Park (IP) Joint Stock Company to lease the land of the phase 1 to implement the expanded South Tan Uyen IP project of the phase 2 in Tan Uyen city’s Hoi Nghia, Uyen Hung wards.
Specifically, Binh Duong province will lease more than 344.3 hectares of land to South Tan Uyen IP Joint Stock Company. Of the total figure, 254.3 hectares of land are factories and warehouses; nearly 7.6 hectares for technical zones; 3.5 hectares of land for administrative and service works; more than 36 hectares of land for green trees and nearly 43 hectare of land for traffic. The lease period is until September 13, 2068. The form of lease is the land lease by the State and the company pays one-off rental for the entire lease period. The expanded South Tan Uyen IP project for the phase 2 covers nearly 346 hectares with total investment estimated at more than US$ 345 million. The extension of the IP is located on the land belonging to the Hoi Nghia Rubber Farm of Uyen Hung and Hoi Nghia wards in Tan Uyen city.
