Farmer Nguyen Van Thanh – a good example of production and business

From a poor household, Nguyen Van Thanh has made wealth by breeding pigs and planting rubber trees with income of VND100mil per year. He has become a good farmer in production and business.

Nguyen Van Thanh, vice head of Tan Phu hamlet, Tan Hiep commune, Tan Uyen district has determined to make wealth by farming and animal husbandry.

Since 2004, he has invested over VND450mil in breeding pigs. Thanks to determination and efforts as well as CP Company’s assistance on food, breeding pigs… he has become an expert of breeding pigs.

He has so far possessed over 800 pigs and an environmentally friendly biogas tank. Besides, he has combined pig breeding with rubber planting. At present, he has placed jobs for many local laborers with an income of VND2.5-3mil per capital per month.

In addition, he has positively involved in charity activities and offered technical transfer for other households to improver their living standards.
