Farmer supporting fund reaches for over VND 10 billion

By the end of June 2010, some VND 5.7 billion was mobilized for non-interest supporting loans, increasing the fund for farmers across the province to over VND 10.3 billion with nearly VND 2.2 billion retrieved as due repayments.

 

Some districts have mobilized ratio of fund for the total amount such as Dau Tieng, Ben Cat, and Tan Uyen. Thanks to the fund, over VND 7.3 billion was disbursed to 1,638 households of farmers and over VND 2.6 billion was paid back.

In the meantime, beyond from poverty eradication fund assigned, the Bank of Social Policies has paid out over VND 20 billion as loans to over 2,200 households by its joint-fund No. 2038.
